Our Policy

Thank you for registering for VIBECON-2025. We are excited to have you join us. Please review our refund policy carefully before completing your registration.

No Refund Policy

All registration fees for the VIBECON-2025 National Conference are non-refundable. Once a registration is completed and payment is processed, we will not issue any refunds for cancellations, including those due to medical reasons, travel issues, or any other personal circumstances.

This no-refund policy is necessary because the funds are immediately used to cover essential conference expenses.

Non-transferable Registration

Registrations are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your registration to another person.

Conference Cancellation by Organizers

In the unlikely event that the VIBECON-2025 National Conference is canceled by the organizers for any reason, all registered participants will receive a full refund of the registration fees paid. The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 30 working days of the cancellation announcement.
